Eazel
VR Player
Led the design of the Eazel VR Player, a responsive interface unifying 2,000+ unique 3D exhibition scans. In a 6-month timeline, I integrated critical business tools—Real-Time Pricing and Live Chat—directly into the spatial environment. This reduced user drop-off by allowing art collectors to browse and inquire without ever leaving the immersive view, effectively bridging the gap between passive viewing and active purchasing.
To manage 6+ spatial features (including audio and 3D nav) across mobile and web, I implemented a token-based system using Tokens Studio. By exporting semantic tokens to JSON, I established a single source of truth that synced design updates directly to the engineering build. This workflow allowed us to maintain 100% UI consistency across the VR and Web codebases while executing 4 rapid sprints.
