I led the end-to-end design and rollout of the Plan & Usage Dashboard, a centralized billing interface deployed to 100% of Airbridge’s client base (from self-serve startups to enterprise accounts). The core challenge was resolving the opacity of Airbridge’s hybrid pricing model, where costs are driven by variable metrics like Monthly Active Users (MAU) and Data Point volume. Without clear visibility into these consumption rates, customers frequently experienced 'bill shock' from unexpected overages, leading to disputes and high support ticket volume regarding contract limits and renewal dates.

To resolve this, I first partnered with the Legal and Business teams to standardize the contract schema across 6+ pricing models, mapping disparate Salesforce data points directly to frontend logic. On top of this unified structure, I architected a conditional visualization framework that dynamically toggles between discrete bar charts (for monthly resets) and cumulative line charts (for annual limits). By introducing predictive velocity indicators that proactively flag usage trends, I transformed the interface into a strategic renewal tool—empowering customers to self-manage their tiers and directly mitigating the friction that previously drove churn.
